League Review | Cohuna Kangas dominated the final three quarters of their clash with Woorinen to score an eight-goal win in Saturday’s 17th round of the 3SH-backed senior footy action in the Central Murray Football Netball League.
The Kangas led 22-19 at quarter-time of the clash at Cohuna and then scored 4.2 to 1.0 in the second.
Strong defence played a big part in Cohuna’s win as the Tigers were held to 2.2 in the second half as the Kangas won 87-39.
Rhys Free and Dylan Johnstone led Cohuna’s attack on three goals each.
Woorinen’s only multiple goalkicker was Robbie Miller on two.
