League Review | A third quarter blitz of 8.6 ensured Moulamein of a big win against Wandella in Saturday’s first semi-final in the Golden Rivers Football League’s senior footy competition.

The first semi-finalists achieved a win-loss record of 10-6 in the run to the finals, but Wandella was 10 per cent clear of Moulamein.

In the Anzac Round, Moulamein had beaten Wandella by 31 points at home.

The round nine match between them ended in a 27-point victory for the Bombers at Wandella.
