Golden Rivers FNLMatch Reviews | Ultima kicked off the Golden Rivers senior footy action by scoring a 100-point win against Moulamin in Saturday’s opening round.

The Kangaroos dominated play on their ground at Ultima Recreation Reserve.

A closely-fought first term went Ultima’s way, 26-8.

From there it was the Roos who romped away.

Ultima won the second term, 6.4 to nil and then scored 9.4 to 2.4 in the second half to complete a 124-24 victory.

Brodie Bennett and Lincoln Frost led the Roos’ attack on four goals each.

Heath Moloney booted two goals for the Swans.

Ultima’s best were Jye Purtill, Thomas Bull, Mitch Makepeace, Cameron Johnson, Sam Coffey and Brodie Bennett.
