Match Reviews | An 88-ALL draw was played out between Charlton and Wycheproof-Narraport in Saturday’s 13th round of the Goldacres North Central senior footy action.

The Mitch Collins-coached Charlton looked to be on the brink of ending its winless run as it led 75-46 at a quarter to play.

The third term was clearly the Navies best of the season as they turned a three-point deficit at half-time into a 29-point lead after scoring 6.4 to 1.2 in the third.

A desperate Demons’ team coached by Wayne Mitrovic fought back brilliantly.

Wycheproof-Narraport scored seven straight goals as Charlton added 2.1 in the final term.

At the siren the teams were locked on identical scores of 13.10 (88).

Charlton’s attack was led by Kris Clifford and Bailey Kemp on four and three goals.

Rick Allan, Josh Grabowski, Wayne Mitrovic and Maysen Murgov all kicked two goals for the Demons.
