Bendigo Advertiser |SANDHURST coach Brett Fitzpatrick has his players on edge this week.
Not only are the Dragons coming off a round one loss, but they travel to what's bound to be a vocal Kyneton Showgrounds on Saturday to take on a Tigers side that belted Gisborne by 60 points last week.
Kyneton has caused Sandhurst few problems for more than a decade, with the Tigers having won just three of the past 30 encounters between the two clubs and Fitzpatrick says it's crucial his players don't have the mindset that it's simply going to happen again.
"We're going to have to be very accountable from the outset and there can't be any just walking out on the park and thinking that by the end of the game we'll have a healthy margin on them," Fitzpatrick said on Friday.
