Geelong FNLK rock | Glenn Keast says he is “feeling better and stronger each day” as he continues his recovery from a cardiac arrest.

The St Mary’s co-coach, who was moved out of ICU at Geelong’s University Hospital to the cardiac ward on Tuesday, has taken to social media for the first time since collapsing at training at Anthony Costa Oval on Saturday morning.
