K Rock Football | A decision is expected by the Labour Day long weekend on whether AFL Barwon will introduce a third open-age football competition this season.

Region General Manager Bruce Harwood has confirmed to krockfootball.com.au that a call will be made by the AFL Barwon Commission at its monthly meeting next Thursday (March 10).

At least seven clubs expressed an early interest in the competition, likely to be played on Friday nights.
