GEELONG West-St Peter's extended its losing streak to eight games following a humiliating 96-point defeat to Grovedale on Saturday.
After his side was held goalless in the first and third terms, Roosters captain Daniel O'Keefe stepped up from an inspiring three-quarter time speech to kick two quick goals and one controversial behind (supposedly touched on the line).
However, his total tally of three would only just be enough to help his side score a game total of 4.10 (34) and avoid its lowest score of the season from Round 7 3.7 (25) against South Barwon.
Small forward Kevin Bourke capped off his hard work by taking a screamer in the final minutes of the game and would be joined in the best players by Daniel McNaughton in his first senior match since Round 2, 2012.
Roosters coach Terry Bright declared there were no positives to come out of the match.
"Our West camp isn't very happy at all. We were out-played, out-muscled and out-bullied for the whole day, which was disappointing," Bright said.
