FOUR Central Highlands Football League clubs are yet to appoint a senior coach for 2014.
Grand finalists Buninyong, Beaufort, Clunes and Daylesford remain on the hunt for the right person to fill the respective positions.
The Bombers are chasing a replacement for long-serving coach Joe Gilbert, who stepped down from the role after the team's second-straight grand final defeat last month.
Louis Franc took on the Crows' job in his own right last season but is likely to stand aside, with the club expected to secure a replacement in the coming weeks.
The Magpies reappointed Justin Johns to a second term as sole senior coach in July, but have been forced to look for a new leader after Johns' shock resignation in recent weeks.
The Bulldogs are the final club chasing coaching services, but know Andrew Button will be hard to replace at the helm.
Button departs after three years in the top job and six with Daylesford. He led the Dogs to a grand final defeat in 2011, a premiership in 2012 and a semi-final exit this year.
Nine clubs have stuck with the same coaching set-up from 2013, with Learmonth adding Brenton Powell as a joint coach alongside John Northey for next year.
Meanwhile, Ballan, Illabarook, Newlyn and Rokewood-Corindhap have already named new coaches to take them forward into the future.
