Geelong Advertiser | FORMER Collingwood star Brodie Holland hasn’t ruled out making a return to Corio later this season as he prepares to lace up the boots for his debut with the Devils tomorrow.
Holland, who played 119 matches for the Magpies and 36 for Fremantle from 1998 to 2008, said he would consider making a comeback to Shell Oval if his cameo appearance was successful.
“At this stage it’s a one-off but I wouldn’t say no to another game if the opportunity came up,” Holland said.
“If I play a decent game and it works for the club financially then it’s something I might look at. I’m definitely open to looking at it.
“I’d rather play more games at one club rather than all over the place. I was offered the chance to come down and play Round 1 and I’ve got three young kids and a fair bit going on with business, so I’m just taking it one step at a time, but I’ll consider it.”
