Season Summary | It's time for a bit of a recap on the 2022 season with a focus on scoring, which has been a big topic of conversation across this season.
Following on from an earlier post this season here's the overall graph for the season with the average winning margin ending up 61 points across all AFL Victoria country football leagues. The MPNFNL Div 1 was the closest while the Millewa FNL had the largest weekly average winning margin.
This is the breakdown of the average weekly winning margin for all leagues - 22 of the 43 leagues had an average winning margin of 10 or more goals for their 2022 seasons.
Breaking it down more here we look at some of the more individual scoring stats. The 66.36 432 score kicked by Beechworth FNC is the 8th highest score of all time and the 6ht biggest winning margin (431 pts) on record.
Finally, the goal kicking info for season 2002. The 33 goals kicked by Adam Thomson is the 6th highest individual tally in a game of all time and the first time since 2012 that an individual has kicked 30 or more in a game.
